Street Motion (Monday 5.00pm - 6.00pm)
Street motion is a sport and art-form combining disciplines such as athletics, martial arts, tricking, tumbling, climbing and street dance. Embrace the concept of a non-competitive sport whilst breaking boundaries. Classes take place in a safe indoor environment with experience coaches who are some of the most competent free runners in the country.
Beginners Karate (Monday 6pm - 7pm)
Learn traditional Shotokan Karate for self-defence with Paul Uren (5th Dan). Learn new skill and develop through recognised grading.
Gymnastics (Tuesday 4.30pm - 9.30pm)
Plymouth Community Gymnastics provide weekly classes from 4.30pm for a wide range of ages and all abilities are welcome. Qualified and experienced coaches use a variety of gymnastic equipment to provide varied and fun Gymnastic sessions. Holiday Camps also available.
Born To Move (Tuesday 4.30pm - 6.30pm)
Born to Move is an exciting new movement based class that motivate children from 4-12 years old to fall in love with physical activity! Classes use action and dance to build fundamental skills, confidence and self-esteem.
Bootcamp (Tuesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm)
An hour of whole body calorie burning exercises to meet your fitness needs, all abilities welcome. Qualified instructor Michelle provides motivation using various exercises and both indoor and outdoor environments at Lipson to make the most of the sunny weather.
Karate (Monday & Thursday 7pm - 9pm)
Focusing on traditional Shotokan Karate, led by experienced instructor Paul Uren (5th Dan). Sessions are aimed at those with more experience and developed through gradings.
Kettlercise (Wednesday 6.30-pm – 7.30pm)
Kettlercise is a safe and easy to follow kettlebell inspired, calorie blitzing, fat blasting programme. Improve fitness, strength & tone muscles all over the body!
Lipson Lions Junior Hockey Club (Wednesday 6.00pm - 7.00pm)
From age 7 upwards, all abilties are welcome. First two sessions are free with all equipment provided.
Plym Valley Ladies Hockey Club (Wednesday 7.00pm - 8.30pm)
Ages 14-40, all abilities welcome. A fun way to exercise and meet new people.
OPM Men's Hockey Club (Wednesday 8.00pm - 9.30pm)

Plymouth Harriers (Wednesday 6.30pm -8.30pm)
Plymouth Harriers one of the largest running clubs in Plymouth who welcome all abilities from 14 years old. Plymouth Harriers compete in a variety of events and races including the Tavistock and Erme Valley Relay, Cross Country and Triathlons (affiliated with British Triathlon). OPM Rugby (Wednesday 7.30pm - 9.30pm)
O2’s Touch rugby Plymouth team OPM Rugby train at Lipson Community Sports & Arts Centre. All abilities are welcome.
Drake FC Roots (Thursday 5pm - 6pm)
Drake Roots provide the opportunity for 4 - 8 year olds to experience playing football in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Drake FC Roots have a goal to progress all players into the Drake FC Youth Teams. All abilities welcome.
Pottery (Thursday 7pm - 9pm)
Experienced teachers offer an evening to learn new skills and make various pottery.
Club Plymouth(Friday 7.30pm – 8.30pm)
Disability Football team Club Plymouth train every Friday on the astroturf, all abilities welcome.
