A Level Results Day 2019


Staff, parents and students were once again filled with pride as sixth form students at Lipson Co-operative Academy were celebrating receiving some superb results. 

Joseph Walsh achieved AAAA, securing his place at the University of Southampton to study Electronic Engineering. Anna Cardoso will embark on her Medicine degree after achieving a string of As and Bs. Whilst Hannah Smith’s results, ABB, has guaranteed her place at the University of Reading to study History. 

Also confirming her place at her chosen destination was Sophia Grace, who achieved ABC and a Distinction in Media. Sophia will study Journalism at the University of Cardiff. Rhiannon Witt achieved BBB and will spend the next year working as an artist and developing her art portfolio, before taking up her place at the prestigious Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance in London.  


We are equally proud to celebrate the success of our vocational students. Rhiannon Finn achieved a triple Distinction* and will begin her career in the RAF, along with Louisa Morgan, D*D*D, who will study Business Management at the University of Plymouth. Both Rinad Shayea and Theresa Brimacombe achieved triple Distinctions in their Business course and have secure their first choice University places.
